“Gallagher’s Irish Pub began in East Sacramento 1990 in the space that was previously Shanley’s Irish Pub at 51st and Folsom Blvd.  In the fall of 1999 Gallagher’s moved into the 1201 K building to become the lounge for The Broiler Steakhouse.
